Wassup world Zipmouth on the scene everybody has a bad habit that they do some habits are not a big deal while other habits can greatly impact you in a negative way either boom!





  1. Procrastination: example: laziness sloth indolence tardiness Waiting for the right time putting things off.

  2. Perfectionism/Comparing yourself to others: example: flawlessness idol ne-plus-ultra comparability similarity examination metaphor.

  3. Smoking: example: burning the weed pulling on a pipe having a drag.

Swearing

Spitting

Not asking for help

Overthinking

Overeating

Unhealthy eating

Not being on time/Being Late

Excessive alcohol drinking

Neglecting things

Not taking care of yourself

Not taking care of your health

Oversleeping

Sleep deprivation

Consistent distractions

etc.




Conclusion

There are good habits as we as bad habits and everybody including myself have at least 1-3 bad habits that we can think of as long as those habits don't go on too long in addition ruin your life plus you have to do whatever you can to eliminate or subside your bad habit.
